I bought a Starkey AI24 from Professional Hearing Care and Audiology in January. I can only say wonderful things about it! It is very comfortable, and I can hear really well. Being able to hear in different settings, like crowds, outdoors, and I can even hear what the grandkids are saying, has been monumental for me. I was tired of asking family members to repeat what they were saying, and I think it was also taxing on them. Robert Kleinman is the audiologist that made this happen. He is extremely patient, answers all of my questions, and is an expert in his field I can always call and leave a message with questions, and he gets back to me quickly.
